4. Purpose of use of the register

Customer relationship management, marketing, and communication. The personal data stored in the user registration is used to deliver products, manage customer relations, manage contacts, marketing purposes, and other purposes related to online services.

The register collects basic information about registered users, such as – name – address – telephone – e-mail – Order history – address – company.

5. Regular sources of information

The data controller registers the information about the user that the user himself provides when using the website.

As a general rule, data is collected in connection with normal business, when the customer or his contact person contacts us by phone, email, or contact form.

Information can also be received from external sources if the person has given consent to the disclosure of the information.

6. Regular transfers of information

The registrar does not disclose information to outside parties. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

7. Principles of registry protection

The data network of the data controller and its potential IT partners and the hardware on which the data file is located are protected by a firewall, an encrypted internet connection and other necessary technical measures. The information can only be accessed with a username and password.

8. Data Verification

According to the Personal Data Act, the user/person has the right to check their information in the register. For checking, a written request is required or otherwise, the data subject reliably authenticates the notification to the controller.

The registry keeper corrects, supplements, and deletes, if necessary, on his own initiative or at the justified request of the registrant, incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date information in the register.

In addition, the customer has the right to prohibit the data controller from using their data for direct marketing purposes.
